To reach Smiðjunes í Lóni Campsite, follow Route 939 from Höfn. This gravel road leads you through the scenic landscapes of the Lónsöræfi region. Please note that the access track to the campsite is through the riverbed, and a 4x4 vehicle with good ground clearance is required.
